1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on bb2222, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering with accurate personal information, including your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth that matches your official identification documents.
• You understand and accept that bb2222 may request copies of your identification documents (National ID, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or equivalent) at any point to verify your identity and age.

bb2222 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe that eligibility requirements are not met or have ceased to be met.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb2222 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bb2222 immediately at [email protected]. bb2222 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Do not use a password that is easy to guess or that you use on other websites.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Never allow another person to use your account to place bets or access funds.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bb2222 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the applicable payment method limits displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

All funds deposited into your bb2222 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is found to have originated from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• Withdrawal verification: bb2222 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly.
• Transaction fees: bb2222 does not charge additional fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus-linked balances: Funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full. See Section 6 for bonus terms.

bb2222 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending completion of identity, age, or source-of-funds verification checks.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bb2222 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Sports betting: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds at the time of placement are locked in. bb2222 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Live in-play betting: Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at bb2222's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension are void.
• Casino games: The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generators (RNG). bb2222 does not influence game outcomes. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or equivalent).
• Crash games: Games such as Aviator (Spribe) are subject to the respective provider's rules. bb2222 is not responsible for provider-side technical interruptions.
• Maximum win limits: Maximum winnings per single bet or game round may be capped. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. Winnings above any stated cap will be adjusted to the cap amount.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bb2222 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over bb2222 or other players.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended features of the Platform to generate profit. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported and are subject to reversal.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using funds of unlawful origin. bb2222 has a strict anti-money laundering policy and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other obfuscation tool.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bb2222 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal can be made. Real-money funds and bonus funds are treated separately in your account balance.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that remain in your account beyond the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

bb2222 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Continuation of an offer does not create any obligation to maintain it.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express written consent of bb2222. Unauthorised use of bb2222's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bb2222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

bb2222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bb2222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is adequately protected.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bb2222 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bb2222 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect your information.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bb2222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify players of significant changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bb2222's internal complaints process should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available in your jurisdiction.

To raise a complaint, contact bb2222 customer support at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a detailed description of the issue. bb2222 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to resolve them within 14 calendar days.

13. Termination

bb2222 may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or account inactivity exceeding 12 months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
